Calculate time corrections.

Corrections due to orbital forcing (Becker 2001) and solar parameters that vary on daily basis (Mölg et al. 2003).

Parameters:

lat (float) – Latitude.

Returns:

Solar parameters indexed as:

Day angle [rad].

Day angle [°].

Eccentricity correction factor.

Solar declination [rad].

Solar declination [°].

Sunrise hour angle.

Day length.

Time corrections indexed as:

Julian day.

Time correction.

Time difference between True Local Time (TLT) and Average Local Time (ALT).

Time difference in degrees [15°/h].
